Course Description:

Takt Planning represents a new scheduling method used in construction project management and is a lean technique that aims to optimize the workflow and increase productivity by synchronizing the construction activities based on a predefined time interval known as “takt time.” This class provides functionalities to implement and manage Takt Planning in construction projects.

Adam has 20+ years of experience in the Architectural and Construction industries.
