Lt. General Honore*Keynote Address:
This year's  keynote address will be delivered by Lt. General Russel L. Honoré, USA (Ret.): "Resilient Leadership: Prepare Today To Prevail Tomorrow."

Lt. General Honoré helps organizations develop a culture of preparedness and problem solving with strategies for transforming individuals into take-charge leaders. As the commander of Joint Task Force Katrina, he became known as the “Category 5 General” for his striking leadership style in coordinating military relief efforts in post-hurricane New Orleans. A decorated 37-year army veteran and global authority on leadership, Gen. Honoré is the go-to expert on CNN on emergency and disaster preparedness and Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria crisis management.

About the Summer Summit
Day sessions on Friday, July 27 and Saturday, July 28, are specifically designed for General Contractors, Specialty Contractors, and Suppliers within each division: Highway, Building, and Utility. After the breakout sessions on Saturday morning, registered attendees will unite to celebrate the CAGC Foundation Safety & Scholarship Winners, Top Young Leader's Award Ceremony and a Keynote speaker! Each afternoon, you’ll have plenty of time to relax at the beach or explore the area.  Later, enjoy free evenings mixed with organized special events that allow you ample time to network and build new relationships with others. 

About the Expo
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet suppliers that offer exactly what they need. Suppliers will be able to showcase their business or services in front of 600+ attendees in a dedicated Expo Hall during the conference. This is the perfect opportunity to grow your business!

Dress Code
The dress code for the Conference and Summit is as follows:
Educational Sessions: Resort Casual (for men - golf shirts and slacks or shorts; for women - a comfortable shirt/blouse with slacks/shorts, or sundress) 
Hall of Fame Awards Dinner: Cocktail Attire suggested (for men - coat and tie; for women - party dress or dressy pants suit)
