Summit attendees heard from keynote speaker Eddie Penney, a combat veteran with more than 20 years of military service, including as a U.S. Navy SEAL and operator with SEAL Team 6, one of the world's most elite special operations units. Drawing on his experiences serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa, Penney shared lessons on leadership, resilience and overcoming adversity forged through some of the most demanding missions of the Global War on Terror.
Following his military career, Penney founded Contingent Group, a global security and consulting firm providing solutions for individuals, families and corporations facing high-risk situations and complex threats. He is also the founder of UNAFRAID, an apparel, media and mindset platform that encourages people to confront challenges with faith, courage and purpose through storytelling, coaching, speaking engagements and podcasts.
