Cast 'N Blast: Half-Day Guided Fishing & Half-Day Sporting Clays Experience - SOLD OUT!
Join us the day before the retreat for an unforgettable outdoor adventure that includes a half day of shooting, a guided half-day of fishing* in private waters and a catered lunch.
Participants will be divided into two groups. The first group will spend the morning enjoying a guided fly fishing trip wading through trophy waters. The second group will spend the morning at Chetola's sporting clays course where NRA-certified instructors will lead participants through the 20-acre course. Choose from finely crafted Caesar Guerini and Beretta shotguns, or bring your own gun if preferred. Ammo is included. After the morning activities, participants will come together for a networking lunch. Participants will then swap activities for the afternoon, arriving back at the resort in time for the welcome reception.

Carolinas AGC has a limited number of rooms in its hotel block.
Hillside Guest Rooms (2 queen beds, hillside view, no balcony) $184 per night
Lakeview Deluxe Queen Rooms (2 queen beds, lakeview, walk-out balcony) $219 per night
Chetola Premier One-Bedroom Efficiency Condominiums $176 per night
Chetola Premier One-Bedroom Condominiums $190 per night
*Resort fee is waived for all attendee's reservations.
Each attendee is responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Hotel room rates are independent of the conference registration fee. The discounted hotel room block rates are for registered participants and are only available until they are sold out or April 8, 2024.
Reservations at Chetola:
To make a reservation at Chetola, call 828-295-5500 and reference the Carolinas AGC block to receive the block rate.
*there are a limited number of discounted rooms available. Once those rooms are sold out, additional rooms can be booked at the regular hotel rate.
Registration Cancellation Policy: Any cancelations on or before April 19, 2024 can be canceled for a refund minus $50. Any cancelations after April 19 can not be refunded. Substitutions Welcomed!
