What to expect

The workshops are designed to bring builders and owners together in a forum to generate an exchange of ideas and improve communication. Participants can expect focused discussions on how project communications and coordination must be structured for the successful implementation of the project plans and contract requirements. Each entity's roles and perspective will be reviewed and discussions will be held on how each can help the other be successful. Discussions will also include how candid communication on planning, safety, and timely decision making contributes to success. 
 
The workshops this year will follow a different format than in years past. 
  • To cut down on expenses, this years workshop will be for one day only from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..  
  • Due to space limitations at each location participation will be limited to 100 at each location.
