Course Description: 

This course will provide a brief introduction on how the timing of time extensions is crucial for successful resolution of change orders and claims, and will also provide recommendations for how to accurately price extended general conditions costs in various project scenarios.



Instructor: Brian Furniss, POINT Construction Advisory Group

Requirements:

  • Participants will be required to show a photo ID to be admitted into the classroom.
  •  Admittance to a class after it has started is not permitted.
  • If you are a “No Show” for the class, your registration fee will be forfeited.
