Learn the benefits of mediation and how to successfully use it

Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.

View Recording No one starts a building project intending to go to litigation. Over the past 30 years, the construction industry has come to recognize litigation is a poor solution and mediation is particularly well-suited for a successful resolution to construction disputes.

CAGC hosted a free webinar on June 27 that revealed why mediation is preferred in the construction industry; how the legal system is often in conflict with the opportunities and economies in mediation; what a good mediation looks like, and tips on how to organize and prepare for a successful mediation.
