The Carolinas AGC Foundation Scholarship program was put into place to assist individuals studying for careers in the construction industry as well as those wishing to advance their skills and knowledge to further their construction careers. This year, the Scholarship committee distributed $12,000 to seven very deserving students who will no doubt be great assets to our industry!

Congratulations to this year's winners!

Guilford Technical Community College

Nathan Mead will be attending Guilford Technical Community College in the Fall to pursue Construction Management. After graduating from Southwestern Randolph High School in June of 2022, Nathan began working at Myrick Construction as a steel worker. It was the leadership at Myrick that encouraged Nathan to pursue construction management at Guilford Tech. He has passion for our industry, drive to do his very best, and he loves what he does.

Seth is a student at Clemson University pursuing a Construction Management & Science degree. During the Summer of 2022, Seth interned with Fifty-Four Construction and is currently interning with Harper Corporation in Greenville, SC. Erik Zeppelin

Erik was a student at Tri-County Tech and is now going to be attending Clemson University to pursue his Construction Science and Management degree.
