Course Description:

In partnership with CATAPULT Employers Association, CAGC Foundation is offering Microsoft Excel 1 to familiarize learners with Excel, helping them to create, enter, and edit text, values, and formulas, save workbooks, and move and copy data and formulas. You will work with ranges (contiguous versus non-contiguous), rows, and columns. Participants will also learn to use simple functions and easily apply formatting techniques to worksheet data. You will review workbooks for spelling errors, modify page setup, and learn how to print professional-looking worksheets. 

Prerequisites

The course requires that you are familiar with using personal computers and have used a mouse and keyboard; basic typing skills are recommended. You should be comfortable in the Windows environment and be able to use Windows to manage information on your computer.
