The Davis-Bacon Act is a significant piece of legislation that impacts the construction industry. This lunch and learn will be about the latest news concerning this act and will go over the legal standards and how to avoid penalties. Bring all your questions. 

Instructor: Alfred B. Robinson, Ogletree Deakins
Mr. Robinson focuses on wage and hour matters and he is Co-Chair of the firm's Wage and Hour Practice Group.
