About Patrick Jeffs, Ph.D.
Dr. Patrick Jeffs is a leading expert in resilience, leadership, and organizational well-being. As a consultant with InnerWill Leadership Institute, he equips individuals and organizations with science-backed tools to prevent burnout and enhance decision-making under pressure, helping them develop invaluable skills for the inner work of leadership.
With a background in trauma resilience and leadership development, Dr. Jeffs previously co-founded and led the NC Center for Resiliency (NCCR), the first body-based trauma resilience clinic on the East Coast.
