About the Course
This comprehensive and advanced two-day class and workshop is meant to familiarize engineers, planners, developers, and local authorities with basic to complex highway access principles, traffic analyses, traffic mitigation recommendations, and the driveway permitting processes, including new details on how to develop/review traffic analyses and studies based on current legislation, policy, standards, and guidelines. The second day includes a workshop where class participants will collaboratively review and identify deficiencies and improvements to multiple site plans and traffic studies using class resources. For best class attendee results, it is recommended the introductory level site development and highway access class should have been attended within the last two years.
