Focuses on working with NCDOT and ACEC in creating good alternative delivery public policy for the NCDOT and the Contractors. Alternative delivery methods include Design-Build, Construction Manager/ General Contractor and Progressive Design-Build.
Eligibility: CAGC Members who perform NCDOT work.
Format of Committee: The committee consists of 4 representatives each from CAGC, NCDOT, and ACEC. Each member of the committee will serve a two year term.
Meetings: Committee meets every other month (6 times a year)
