Kevin von der Lippe is the Director of HR Products and Technologies at Catapult Employers Association, where he oversees the organization’s detective agency, background checking, and recruiting departments. With nearly three decades of experience, Kevin is recognized as an expert in background screening and compliance, frequently advising employers on navigating the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Title VII enforcement, and other regulations impacting pre-employment practices. He is an active member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), serving on its Advocacy Committee and leading grassroots legislative efforts in North Carolina, as well as a member of ASIS, an international security association.
