About the Workshop
MS Project 2: Diving into MS Project is a 4-hour workshop designed to help you move beyond the basics and gain more confidence and control in your scheduling work.
Through demonstrations, sample project activities, and group discussions, you’ll learn how to apply best practices, minimize project risks, and assess project status using MS Project's reporting tools. Ideal for those who use MS Project but want to take their scheduling knowledge to the next level.
Workshop Outcomes:
Review of basic scheduling terminology
Create and update a sampling project in MS Project
Apply best practices for schedule development

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton@agc.org.
AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
