We are proud to celebrate Women in Construction (WIC) Week from March 1 - 7, 2026! This year marks the 28th anniversary of this national week-long celebration, highlighting the incredible contributions of women in the construction industry.
The 2026 theme, “Level Up. Build Strong." highlights the resilience, growth, and excellence of women in the industry, focusing on professional development, community building, and supporting the 45% growth in women in construction roles over the past decade. Through collaboration, we continue to inspire and support the future of women in construction.
We have partnered with local chapters of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction), Women of Asphalt, and Women of Construction to bring our members four unique opportunities to connect and engage with construction professionals across the Carolinas. Join us at events in Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, and Columbia!
