GiANT’s 5 Voices: Know Yourself to Lead Yourself: This section emphasizes that effective leadership starts with self-awareness. The idea is simple but profound: before you can lead others well, you must understand your own patterns of behavior, motivations, and tendencies. The framework teaches that every action produces consequences—both positive and negative—and that these often come from unconscious habits formed over time.
