As we move into what should be another terrific year for Carolinas AGC, I have two words for you:

It has truly been an honor – and a pleasure – to serve as Chair of the CAGC Board of Directors in 2025. I have had the opportunity to attend numerous events over the past year. The level of engagement and the excitement I have experienced has been incredible. We have an outstanding CAGC Board of Directors, an excellent Foundation Board of Trustees and a second-to-none CAGC staff which, quite honestly, I think is the best staff of the 87 AGC chapters across the nation. Know with confidence that the resources of this association are fully aligned with “Building our Members’ Success.”
I am thankful to have the opportunity to associate with amazing people that collectively make up a great industry. My relationship with all of you has improved me both personally and professionally. Carolinas AGC truly is a community, a place where anyone passionate about construction can gather and engage in supporting this industry. I want to thank each of the CAGC employees who work diligently on our behalf. Be confident in this association.
Much to look forward to:
I am looking forward to taking a passenger seat as Immediate Past Chair in 2026 and throwing the keys to a very capable Lynn Hansen of Crowder Constructors Inc., who is our new CAGC BOD Chair this year.
2026 will be a pivotal year as we shoot for 500 Young Leaders as well as record-setting turnouts for our Winter Convention in Aruba, our Summer Summit in Asheville and 100+ networking meetings and 100+ education and training offerings throughout North and South Carolina.
