These awards provide a meaningful way to recognize the rising stars in your organization—individuals whose leadership, innovation, and dedication strengthen both our industry and the communities we serve.
Criteria:
1. The nominee must work for a Carolinas AGC member company.
2. Nominees must be participants in the CAGC Young Leaders Program.

The Deadline to nominate is February 27, 2026.
Nominees are considered by a Carolinas AGC member judging panel made up of industry professionals/peers. The judges will look for community involvement as well as CAGC and Young Leader Involvement, and career accomplishments.
Up to two awards will be given out at the 2026 Summer Summit & Expo on Saturday, July 25, 2026 in Asheville.
