Certified Mental Wellness Leader in Construction (CMWLC)

Course Description

Whether you’re new to promoting mental wellness or looking to expand your leadership impact, the CAGC Certified Mental Wellness Leader in Construction (CMWLC) program offers a practical, step-by-step journey into the most important aspects of supporting mental health in construction. This self-paced online program is designed to empower construction professionals—especially those in leadership, HR, and supervisory roles.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the unique mental health challenges faced in construction
  • Promote a supportive, stigma-free workplace culture
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically about mental health concerns
  • Build resilience and self-care practices for yourself and your team
  • Implement practical tools and resources to enhance mental wellness on the jobsite

 

This format moves learners from basic awareness and personal understanding, to cultural change, to actionable strategies, and finishes with skills for supporting others.

CAGC Education Refund & Cancellation Policy
a 50% refund of the original registration fee if cancellation is made 7 days prior to the event. Any cancellations less than 7 days or no shows receive no refund, substitutions are welcome.
