Course Description:
The Construction Quality Management (CQM) course is designed to train contractor personnel on the principles and procedures of effective quality management. This course is required for the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) System Manager and key CQC staff working on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects, and must be successfully completed to meet project qualifications.

- Overview of the CQM as it relates to the USACE
- Expectations of USACE
- Review of USACE Documents and Submittals
- Designation of Personnel to Handle CQM
- Plan of Action of a Smooth Delivery of Services to USACE
- Quality Control Components
- Exercises

Instructor: Stuart Perritt, PE, DBIA, CHST
Stuart is a registered Civil Engineer, Class A General Contractor, Design Build Professional with DBIA, and a Construction Health & Safety Technician with BCSP. Stuart is a retired Civil Engineer Corps Commander and has been authorized to facilitate the Construction Quality Management Certification Course for Contractors by NAVFAC MIDLANT since 2015. Formal education includes a BSCE from the Citadel and a Master of Engineering (Construction) from the University of Florida.
