About the Course
Embark on a transformative journey into construction supervision with AGC’s Construction Supervision Fundamentals (CSF). This 24-hour course is an essential step for anyone aspiring to lead construction projects, especially new supervisors or foremen. CSF covers the core skills needed for effective construction management, from team management and leadership to communication, time management, and risk assessment.
In nine interactive units, you’ll learn about managing project teams, leading effectively, enhancing communication, and mastering time and cost control. Understand the intricacies of construction law, tackle problem resolution, and focus on productivity. Plus, you’ll get to develop a personalized career plan with a mentor’s guidance.
Whether you’re starting out or looking to sharpen your supervisory skills, CSF offers the tools and knowledge to manage dynamic construction challenges successfully.
After completing the course, students receive a Certificate of Completion and a digital badge to share.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to the class kick-off. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable and must be submitted via email to rockkie.dunton@agc.org.
AGC reserves the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
