Under the guidance of the 2024 Board of Directors, Carolinas AGC proudly introduced the CAGC Small Business Award in 2025. This year, we are pleased to announce that Ascendance Electric, Charlotte, NC, has been selected as the recipient of this distinguished award.
The CAGC Small Business Award recognizes a Carolinas AGC member firm that dedicated time and efforts within Carolinas AGC, whether through committee involvement, event attendance, and/or participation in educational offerings. Winners must be a CAGC member with a gross construction revenue under $5 Million.
Since joining Carolinas AGC through the CAGC Foundation's Construction Business Academy in 2023, Ascendance Electric has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to industry involvement and professional growth. From attending Donuts with Contractors, CAGC Connect events, and the Summer Summit & Expo to supporting the Young Leaders Program and serving on the Specialty Contractors Advisory Committee, the company has embraced opportunities to connect, learn, and lead.
