In celebration of Women in Construction Month, join CAGC for a special Lunch & Learn featuring Kate Glantz, co-founder of Move Over Bob, a media platform redefining how construction careers are seen by young women. Move Over Bob publishes a teen-focused magazine distributed in hundreds of schools, profiles women contractors and tradeswomen, and partners with industry leaders to reshape the narrative around skilled trades.
This session will explore how visibility, storytelling, and cultural relevance can strengthen your company’s workforce pipeline and attract the next generation of talent.
Attendees will learn:
• How Gen Z discovers and evaluates career paths, and why storytelling matters more than ever
• How contractors can showcase real projects, people, and pathways to reach future workforce
• How women leaders can use visibility to elevate their companies, recruit talent, and influence industry culture
