Description
Takt Planning represents a new scheduling method used in construction project management and is a lean technique that aims to optimize the workflow and increase productivity by synchronizing the construction activities based on a predefined time interval known as “takt time.” This class provides a 1 hour overview of Takt planning and how it can be used in the construction industry.
