Job Costing and "Health of the Job" Reports

The old adage of “measure twice, cut once” doesn’t come without questions these days.  With job specs becoming more complex, more moving pieces at the jobsite, safety concerns, scheduling variables, and an abundance of unknowns, how do you know what to measure?  The fact of the matter is everyone has “Health of the Job” go-to metrics, but they often don’t standardize their criteria.
