Heather BakerHeather Baker

As IT Business Analyst, Heather is part of DAVIS’ Business Solutions Group, and is known for her fearless approach to improving and integrating the company’s myriad information technology tools. With over 20 year’s industry experience, Heather first started her career as a Project Engineer and Project Manager in the Philadelphia area. When her company switched from Excel to Prolog to manage projects, Heather channeled her need to create order from chaos – honing her expertise and taking the opportunity to find clearer ways of working with the program and overhauling previous processes.  Within 3 months Heather had improved business efficiencies, educated the company regarding usage and accelerated the ‘go-live’ delivery date.

A graduate from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Heather has spent over 15 years teaching construction systems and software applications that cover project cost and document management, cost estimating take-off and safety/quality control, as well as the processes that support them. It is precisely this combination of experience, education and operational knowledge that enables Heather - in her words - “to provide solutions that count and that can be counted on” for DAVIS. Heather lives in Maryland with her husband and their 4 dogs, enjoys golfing, hiking & craft brews and vacations that has them all.

Andy RudisillAndy Rudisill

Andy Rudisill is a Product Development and Technical Field Support member of Trimble’s CrewSight team who works with General Contractors to provide technology for workforce management and access control to the construction industry.

Holder of three US patents, recognized by Who’s Who in Business, and a former Contractor, Andy is passionate about leveraging technology to aid in worker and jobsite safety.  A 30-year veteran in both Volunteer Firefighting and Emergency Medical Services, he has tended to traumatic injuries on numerous jobsites. During these events, a worker's personal data and navigation of a jobsite were just two of the many complexities of construction sites. These experiences fuel his efforts today to upgrade the construction industry’s mindset, starting with the first step onto the jobsite.
When he is not traveling or digitally connecting with clients, you will find him either on the golf course or on his tractor at home in Western North Carolina.
