• Four Diamond Award by The American Auto Association (AAA) for each Norman's (at The Ritz-Carlton) and Primo (at the JW Marriott).
  
• Each of the directing Executive Chefs for the two restaurants has also received the prestigious James Beard Foundation "Award for Culinary Excellence"
  
• Wine Spectator "Award For The Best Wine List"

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Orlando, Grande Lakes:

• Mobil Travel Guide (2005 America's Best Hotel and Resort Spas) awarded The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Orlando, Grande Lakes with a Four Star Rating.
  
• The Spa Finder Magazine as one of the "Ten Most Luxurious Spas in North America". The definition of "luxurious" was based on several general criteria: the property itself, the accommodations, the dining, the facilities and amenities, the attentiveness of the staff, and of course, the quality of the spa and spa services.
