How to Join

Specialty/Subcontractor Contractors

These members provide on-site labor for a construction project.
(note- subcontractors holding a general contractor's license who submit bids directly to owners may be required to join as a Regular GC member).

Carolinas AGC dues are an annual investment based on your company revenue level:

Your Gross Construction Revenue includes:

  • Work performed as a subcontractor/specialty contractor.
  • All private & public construction work, whether negotiated or competitively bid, including work done by wholly owned subsidiaries that are not regular members of Carolinas AGC.
  • The percentage of your participation in joint ventures.
  • Work performed for a wholly owned subsidiary that is a member of Carolinas AGC.
  • Work performed on residential projects.

Your Gross Construction Revenue excludes:

  • Work performed on a facility owned by the member firm, parent or subsidiary.
  • Work performed outside the Carolinas and reported to another AGC Chapter.
  • Work performed by a wholly owned subsidiary that is a member of Carolinas AGC.
    If not specifically excluded, all work should be included in your GCR figure.
