ARTICLE IV - JURISDICTION

The Association shall have and exercise jurisdiction over all contractor occupational classifications and Subcontractor/Specialty Contractor and Supplier/Service Company member activities in North and South Carolina as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation It shall maintain offices at such places within said jurisdiction as the Board of Directors may designate.
