Carolinas AGC BylawsAPPENDICES OF THE BYLAWS Appendix A - Articles of Incorporation Recorded in Corporation Book Number 13, Page 277, Mecklenburg County State of North Carolina April 29, 1932. Appendix B - Definitions for Occupational Division The Building Division as referred to in Article III, Section 1. of the Bylaws shall include all members engaged in the construction of projects for manufacturing, institutional, commercial and residential purposes and work pertinent to these projects except work as otherwise defined in Appendix B. Building construction shall include demolition for building construction. The Highway-Heavy Division as referred to in Article III, Section 1. of the Bylaws shall include all members engaged in the construction of roads, streets, bridge, dams, docks, dredging, airport runways, clearing and grubbing, railroads, major excavation and all other work pertinent thereto. The Utilities Division as referred to in Article III, Section 1 of the Bylaws shall include all members engaged in the construction of water, sewer, and gas pipelines, water and waste treatment facilities, electrical transmission lines and related work. Appendix C - Code of Ethical Conduct The Code of Ethical Conduct of Carolinas AGC shall be as set forth in the "Bylaws and Code of Ethical Conduct" of the Associated General Contractors of America, Inc. Appendix D - Reference to Gender All personal pronouns used in these Bylaws shall include persons of any gender.
