Performs tests to determine operating efficiency of equipment, documents readings, and prepares reports. Also requires ability to read blueprints, manuals, and specifications for troubleshooting work. Ability to read, write, work in confined spaces up to forty feet below ground including wet wells, climb ladders, work at heights of up to twenty feet, and the ability to gain a Collection System Operators Grade I state certification within eighteen months of hire date with progressive levels of certification each year thereafter.
