Responsibilities: Provide professional knowledge and expertise in the administration and support of environmental health and safety programs.  Responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of environmental, health and safety disciplines to assure compliance with regulatory agencies guidelines.  Responsible for compliance with Health & Safety standards, along with federal and state regulatory requirements.  Oversees/teaches industrial hygiene, occupational and general corporate safety programs to ensure a safe environment for approximately 70 employees, Responsible for Drug and Alcohol Program, In charge of DOT compliance, Perform various reporting to government and private entities, In control of corporate medical surveillance, Perform job-site visits, Completes QC Reporting, Maintains overall accident prevention policy.

Requirements: Certified Safety Professional, Bachelor's Degree is Safety, Health, Four or more years of professional safety experience, Regarded as a highly technical and trusted expert in Industrial Hygiene, Ability to work directly with clients on-site facilities and meet their expectations, Expert knowledge of specific government agency requirements, specifically OSHA, Excellent computer, verbal and technical writing skills a must.  Experience with military and various government technical submittals a plus.

Ace/Avant is an need of two estimators / project manager with 3-5 years'experience doing dirt, water, sewer, storm drain, and erosion control takeoffs.  We offer competitive pay, 401k, insurance, vehicle, Etc. I need one in the Raleigh area that has connections with all the General Contractors that do the unsolicited (not on the open market) projects.

The other one would be working at the home office in Archdale and would not need any contacts. They would need to be self-motivated with high management skills. Would also be great if you they would have H-Highway, and PU-water and sewer license. Ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Established subcontractor is seeking an experienced estimator/project manager. This person will assist the sales and estimating team.

Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive, accurate quantity take-offs and pricing of estimates/change orders for all trades; Thorough review and understanding of project specifications performed in time to submit RFI, RFQ's; Be knowledgeable and available to answer questions during bidding process; Develop and maintain a database of subcontractors to provide estimates for each trade via their documented preferred method; Prepare budget comparisons between estimates and actual profitability.
Requirements: Must have minimum 3 years mechanical or plumbing estimating experience; Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and capable of handling several projects at the same time; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to manage priorities and workflow; Knowledge of Microsoft Office, estimating software needed as well as strong math aptitude.

POSITION SUMMARY: Schedules and performs repairs and maintenance on trucks, dump trucks, graders, uniloaders, dozers, excavators, asphalt pavers, rollers and light duty equipment to maximize safe and productive operations.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

Performs repairs and maintenance on trucks, graders, uniloaders, dozers, excavators, asphalt pavers, rollers and light duty equipment to maximize safe and productive operations; Diagnoses mechanical problems; Perform minor engine repairs, hydraulic repairs, and troubleshooting repairs; Performs repairs and maintenance on heavy equipment to maximize safe and productive operations. Typical repairs include, but are not limited to, routine maintenance and repair hydraulic systems, brake systems, transmissions, electrical systems, engines, balers and compactors; Reads and interprets VCR's (vehicle condition reports) and/or repair orders, communicates with supervisor and/or equipment operators for clarification of problems and discusses preventive techniques with equipment users and vehicle drivers to minimize future repairs; Completes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage and accounts for applied times; Fabrication and welding repairs; Track repairs by vendors, maintain shop supplies, and housekeeping of shop and tools; Computer skills needed to input invoices, employee times and other required information to maintenance system; Follows all safety policies and procedures; Performs other job related duties as assigned.
