Cooperative Committee
Function: To maintain direct liaison between
highway contractors and top level highway officials. To
hold periodic meetings to discuss mutual problems pertaining to
highway construction and institute remedial actions. To
modernize and upgrade standard specifications, construction
procedures and requirements, and to disseminate ever-changing
federal programs and regulations.
