Refunds and Cancellations
Registrations and Sponsorships cancelled on or before October 15, 2026 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. All refund request must be made in writing to the event logistics contact. No refunds after the deadline October 15, 2026. Substitutions are welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, email candujar@carolinasagc.org.
