Refunds and Cancellations


**CANCELLATION POLICY** 
Registrations cancelled on or before Friday, December 19, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. can be refunded or credited to the CAGC account. If a refund is requested, the amount refunded will be minus a $100 administrative fee. The credit can be used at a later date for any CAGC services.

*Carolinas AGC guarantees the guest count with the hotel and orders attendees custom name badges at least 30 days prior to the event. Anyone that cancels after December 19, 2025, no refunds will be issued. Substitutions are welcomed.

All registration cancellations must be emailed to Chelsea Andujar at candujar@carolinasagc.org .

Sponsorships:
Due to advertising, signage ordering and shipping, sponsorships can NOT be cancelled for a refund or credit. Direct all inquiries to Jacob Garmon at jgarmon@carolinasagc.org .


Payment must be received 
prior to convention to complete registration.
