Refunds and Cancellations

**If the event must be canceled due to COVID-19, all attendees will be issued a refund for the registrations.** If the event is NOT canceled the the cancellation policy is in effect.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**Registrations and Sponsorships cancelled on or before Thursday, January 14, 2021, will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee per registrant. All refund requests must be emailed to Chelsea Andujar at candujar@carolinasagc.org . No refunds after the deadline. Substitutions are welcomed.


Payment must be received prior to convention to complete registration.
