Know Before You Go


Dress Code:

  • Education Sessions & Receptions: Resort Casual
  • Pinnacle Reception & Dinner: Business Attire (men: dress pants, blazer and neckties optional; women: nice dress or pantsuit) 

Traveling to USVI:
  • You do not need a passport to travel to St. Thomas, but recommended if you plan to take a boat tour. This is recommend in case you end up in the British Virgin Islands. (depending on what type of tour you take)
  • Use only mineral sunscreen. It's the law in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Returning home, you will have to go through customs. Please arrive at least 3 hours before your return flight.

Transportation:
  • If you plan to rent a car during your stay, due to extremely limited on-site parking, valet parking is required at The Westin. Valet parking is $35 per day.
  • Taxi service is always available.

Transportation will pick up attendees at The Westin Resort and take them where the party will begin at Kay's Fine Jewelry where they will be greeted by the great staff at Kay's along with a bartender! Afterward attendees should explore downtown St. Thomas including 99 steps, The Synagogue(oldest in the Western hemisphere), and grab lunch at one of the many great options in the area. The bus will pick up attendees at Kay's and take them back to The Westin. **This is FREE for all attendees. Please sign up here!
