Benefits of Mentorship

An optional but extremely beneficial component of the Construction Business Academy is the Mentorship Program. This program is designed to pair participating students with industry leaders who can support them as they grow their business. 

The benefits of the mentorship program include professional development, strategy creation, relationship and networking building, confidence building, improved business skills, an opportunity to foster growth and expansion, and the potential for sponsorship and business. Individual and group mentorships are available.

If you feel like you could benefit from the guidance, support, and perspective of someone more experienced in your field, seeking out a mentor can be a valuable step in your personal and professional development journey.

Construction Business Academy staff will work to match you with a mentor who will fit your individual needs. Mentors will meet with their protégé prior to the cohort graduation and attend as well as participate in their graduation. After graduation, they will work together to establish goals and objectives before beginning their mentorship.
