Patrick Jeffs, Founder & CEO, The Resiliency Solution

Dr. Patrick Jeffs is the founder and CEO of The Resiliency Solution, a leading consulting and training firm specializing in resilience, leadership development, and organizational well-being. With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Jeffs is dedicated to helping professionals navigate stress and enhance their personal and professional lives.

Dr. Jeffs previously co-founded and led the NC Center for Resiliency (NCCR), the first body-based trauma resilience clinic on the East Coast. NCCR became a pioneering institution in trauma resilience, offering essential services and support to individuals and communities. The Resiliency Solution began as the corporate training arm of NCCR before becoming an independent entity. Since then, Dr. Jeffs has expanded its scope to include a wide array of consulting and training services, translating complex psychological principles into practical, actionable strategies.

Dr. Jeffs has extensive experience in designing and delivering impactful workshops, keynote speeches, and training programs. He creates tailored sessions for frontline staff in high-stress environments and develops comprehensive resilience models for large organizations to meet diverse needs with precision and effectiveness. I attended my first Young Leaders Conference in 2024 and I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed it. I think the speakers and their presentation styles were different enough to where it didn’t ever feel like too much of the same thing or something I was looking forward to ending. Specifically, I appreciated Joe Clark, Lisa Beaty, Hattie Hunter, and Tyler Enslin. The Economic Report was also something I enjoyed hearing about with the whys and hows of what has happened and what is projected to happen.

The hotel was top notch and with that, the food served and the rooftop coupled with the location was really neat. It seemed like everyone enjoyed the Casino Night and it kept everyone’s interest and attention with the fun games.

Thank you for all that you’ve done this year and helping to put together the Young Leaders Conference. From my perspective it was a success and something I will be looking forward to attending next year.
