Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be given after the registration deadline, Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
All refund requests must be made in writing to the logistics contact prior to the registration deadline. All request made prior to the deadline will be credited to the CAGC account to be used for a later date or anything CAGC related. Substitutions are welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, email email@example.com with changes.
Meeting registration fees do not qualify as tax-deductible contributions but may be considered as business-related expenses.
*Note: Refund exceptions for extreme circumstances such as medical emergency or death in the family.
