Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be given after the registration deadline, Friday, February 26, 2021.

All refund requests must be made in writing to the logistics contact prior to the registration deadline. All request made prior to the deadline will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, email with changes.

Meeting registration fees do not qualify as tax-deductible contributions but may be considered as business-related expenses.

*Note: Refund exceptions for extreme circumstances such as medical emergency or death in the family.
