The registration deadline is March 6,2024. There will be an increased of 25% for attendees that register after the registration deadline. Space is limited and reserved for paid registrants only.

Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be given after Wednesday, February 28, 2024All refund requests must be made in writing to the logistics contact prior to the registration deadline. All request made prior to the deadline will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, email candujar@carolinasagc.org with changes.

*Note: Refund exceptions for extreme circumstances such as medical emergency or death in the family.
