The registration deadline is Friday, March 13, 2026. Any registration after the deadline will have a 10% increase in registration price.  

Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be given after Wednesday, February 25, 2026All refund requests must be made in writing to the logistics contact prior to the registration deadline. All request made prior to the deadline will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, email candujar@carolinasagc.org with changes.

*Note: Refund exceptions for extreme circumstances such as medical emergency or death in the family.
