Jay Bowman will give an overview and insights into methods that companies use to engage with their customers and improve their client experience. Attendees will learn approaches on how to develop better knowledge of customers, how to anticipate their needs while building meaning and lasting customer relationships that drive success. Jay will also explore additional topics including the importance of understanding customer’s values, establishing rapport, and going above and beyond a client’s expectations.
