Carolinas AGC is excited to welcome new staff member Carol Crabtree, who serves as CAGC’s AMS & Business Systems Specialist.
Carol’s role was created to serve as the primary point of contact for the Association’s new association management software. She will oversee system administration, data management, integrity and governance, while serving as CAGC’s overall platform expert. Additionally, she will work closely with Director of Digital Strategy & Operations Sharon Walters to support system improvements, integrations and future technology initiatives.
“Carol’s specialized expertise in data management, combined with her experience in project implementation and reporting, commitment to continuous learning and infectious positive attitude, made her a natural and exciting fit for Carolinas AGC,” Sharon said.
Carol comes to CAGC with a background in software implementation, data management and generating reports that provide actionable insights. In her spare time, Carol enjoys hiking, camping, petting dogs, eating spicy food, and watching horror movies.
