Michael Taylor Appointed to NC Sedimentation Control Commission

November 3, 2020

Carolinas AGC is pleased that Mr. Michael Taylor has been appointed to the North Carolina Sedimentation Control Commission.  Michael replaces Jonathan Bivens from ST Wooten who served on the commission for several years.  "First, let me say how much we appreciate Jonathan’s tenure on the commission and the active role he played. We are also excited that Michael has agreed to become our representative on the commission," said Victor Barbour, Highway-Heavy Director with Carolinas AGC.  "Michael has wealth of experience in Highway-Heavy construction with over 25 years’ experience with Barnhill and understands the challenges of sedimentation control and the regulations that are imposed on land disturbing activities."
