We’re excited to welcome Loren Hill, Carolina Core Regional Economic Development Director for the Piedmont Triad Partnership as our keynote speaker.

Loren Hill serves as the Carolina Core Regional Economic Development Director for the Piedmont Triad Partnership, where he leads efforts to promote one of the fastest-growing regions in central North Carolina. With more than 27 years of experience in regional and local economic development, Hill has played a pivotal role in advancing growth and opportunity across the Triad.
Before joining the Piedmont Triad Partnership in 2021, he spent nearly two decades as President of the High Point Economic Development Corporation and previously held leadership roles at the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce and The Hill Group. Earlier in his career, he managed hotels for Marriott International in cities across the U.S., bringing a unique perspective on business, hospitality, and community engagement.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Political Science, Hill has also served in public office as a councilman for the Town of Jamestown, NC, and has dedicated time to volunteer service.
