Financial Management Essentials for Non-Financial Managers and Construction Project Leaders
This course provides the financial management essentials of the construction business to non-financial managers to enable them to track and interpret the financials throughout the life cycle of a construction project. The objective of this course is to provide non-financial construction managers with a solid understanding of the essential financial aspects of managing any project in order to ensure its successful conclusion.
Brett Ralls - after thirteen years in public accounting, working primarily with construction companies, Brett joined the team at Frank L. Blum Construction Company in June of 2018. Brett spends most of his time working on rish management, financial reporting and systems development.
Lisa Cunningham - Lisa was CFO and Vice President for Samet Corporation from January 2014 to September 2017 where she played a strategic role in setting policy, casting vision for the organization, developing the financial, accounting and risk management departments to support the company for future growth and long-term success. After a 3-month transition at Samet with the new CFO, Lisa works in and advisory and consulting role, primarily with Samet, which provides more flexibility for travel and volunteering.
