About IBuild Takeoffs and Roctek International

IBuild Takeoffs are powered by Roctek International , a leading source of construction estimating software packages in the US . Roctek custom-designed an application for IBuild Takeoffs, based on our knowledge of users' needs.

When any IBuildPLUS company requests this optional software (request by phone 1-877-AGC HELP or place your software request now ):

• CAGC ships a small license “plug” to be inserted into your PC or laptop using a USB port (on front and back of most newer machines, on back of older models). Its labeled license number is issued specifically by Roctek to your company.
• Upon receipt of the license plug, each user logs in to IBuild and downloads the actual application onto his or her PC or laptop.

Each time a user wishes to perform takeoffs, insert the license plug. It can be used in any machine at your company, including those used when you work away from the office.

Your Plans Online service includes up to two IBuild Takeoffs license plugs. Additional license plugs are available @ $75 each as a one-time purchase.

For companies who have Location Licensing:

Additional license plugs available @ $75 each as one-time purchase.

(Ex: buy location licensing for 4 additional locations pay $695 location license fee; if 2 of those locations also require a second license plug, pay $75x2=$150. Total =$845 for first year; $695 the next year.  

All Carolinas AGC members who wish to upgrade to a full version of Roctek's estimating SOFTakeoff software will be granted a 10% discount by Roctek.
