Who has access to IBuild’s Project Leads?
All employees of all Carolinas AGC member companies
Carolinas AGC encourages all employees to set up their own unique username and password. This allows IBuild deliver optimum functionality to each user through optional reports, saved searches, project tracking, my preferences settings, etc.
Member companies’ employees can create a web site password in seconds.
What can I do with Project Leads? Highlights include:
- Search a robust database of commercial and industrial projects currently in preconstruction stages as well as awarded in the last 5 years. Information about each project is extensive and specific.
- Save your searches and ask IBuild to run them free for you each week and e-mail you the results each Monday morning.
- Track projects and get real-time e-mail alerts when any of 9 different changes are made to your tracked project (project specific).
- Get connected faster with your prime contractors or qualified sub-bidders with a variety of special tools. Example: weekly reports to prime bidders of sub-bidders interested in working on any given project.
- Check out any prime bidder’s competitive bidding activity for the past 12 months.
Note: As a special service to the Departments of Transportation in each state, IBuild at Carolinas AGC provides open access to Highway Letting projects by non-member companies. See “For Highway Contractors” on the www.cagc.org home page.
IBuildPLUS - Plans Online
Who has access to IBuild’s Plans Online ?
- CAGC Member firms that have opted to upgrade their membership level to IBuildPLUS.
- Non-member companies accessing Confidential Projects
Non-members invited to view Confidential Projects posted by member firms may view only that project’s details and plans via a special project key code issued directly by the project host.
What can I do with IBuild Plus? Highlights include:
- View project details, plans, specs and addenda online.
- Make annotation notes on the documents.
- Order prints online for pickup or delivery from Duncan Parnell, our regional reprographics partner.
- Download plans, specs and addenda to your local hard drive.
- Optional: Measure lines, area, counts and pitch/elevation onscreen using our custom-designed takeoff application; then build assemblies of your measurements and export to Excel. (This IBuild Takeoffs software is a free option, available upon request.)
How much does IBuildPLUS membership cost?
The upgrade pricing is in addition to basic annual membership dues- see Membership Information.
- General Contractors: $1,495.00 per year
- Subcontractors & Supplier Members: $1,995.00 per year
For additional locations:
- One branch office: $395 per year
- Two, three or four branch offices: $695 per year
- Five, six or seven branch offices: $1,295 per year
- Eight, nine or ten additional locations: $1,895 per year
