David Fletcher, Highway-Heavy Division Chairman, and Drew Johnson, Vice Chairman, announce the 2008 meetings to be held June 26th through June 29th at Wild Dunes Resort, Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
This year, for the first time, the Highway Subcontractor Community has been invited to participate in the Highway-Heavy Division Meeting. We welcome their attendance.
 Wild Dunes Resort has been a popular meeting site at past Division meetings. Activities available include tennis, golf, kayaking, swimming, wellness programs, and two miles of pristine beach. A short 20 minutes or less via the new Ravenel Bridge puts you in the heart of the historic city of Charleston.
Our Saturday morning breakfast will feature an entertaining speaker, cash prizes and the banquet Saturday night will feature an outstanding DJ playing your favorite Beach Music and other popular dance tunes.
Enclosed are meeting registration information, general program outline, and information for making your reservations at Wild Dunes. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Boardwalk Inn and The Village at Wild Dunes adjacent to the Hotel and the meeting rooms at the Sweetgrass Pavilion.
OUR ROOM BLOCK EXPIRES MAY 21ST. Please make your reservation early by Calling 800-845-8880, or go on line to www.wilddunes.com and click on Make a Reservation, enter the dates of the meeting and the code CAGCWD, or return the enclosed form to Wild Dunes Resort along with one night's deposit to assure choice accommodations.
The meeting registration form should be returned to this office by June 1. Please also return the function attendance form, completed for each individual member, to assist us in estimating attendance of each function.
