Carolinas AGC BylawsARTICLE V - DUES Section 1. Dues and Assessments The annual dues and assessments for each member of the Association shall be determined by the Board of Directors subject to approval by the regular membership at any full membership meeting or by mail ballot. Procedure shall be in accord with Article XIV Amendments, Section 3 Dues and volume fees of The Associated General Contractors of America, Inc., may be passed on to the members upon approval by the Board of Directors. Subcontractor/Specialty Contractor and Supplier/Servicer dues may be determined by the Board of Directors in accordance with Article XIV, Amendments, Section 3-b. Section 2. Delinquency Any member of the Association who shall be delinquent in dues or volume fees for a period of sixty (60) days from the time dues or volume fees become due shall be notified of such delinquency. If payment of dues or volume fees is not made within the next thirty (30) days thereafter the delinquent member may be terminated under the provision of Article II, Section 6. Section 3. National Dues The Association shall collect all dues and service fees due to National AGC from all general contractor members in good standing. All dues and fees collected will be paid to National AGC.
