Senior project superintendent, with 27 years of commercial construction experience. Completed AGC's superintendent training program in 1984. 30 hour and 10 hour OSHA certifications, American Red Cross standard first-aid and CPR certified, Green Advantage Commercial Certification. Utility Products Business Development and Marketing Specialist: Experience includes, Identify New Project opportunities on CAGC by studying Specs and Plans and make sure which utility products showed up on projects. Responsible for first contact with Engineer and getting Products pre-approved and ready for Proper Quote! I would call on all prime bidders on every project and send a quote on our approved products. Set up all pre-bid meetings by recorded spread sheet whose territory and sales person responsible. I was able to have projects pre set 3 weeks earlier than most and was able to increase sale numbers. Coordinating the launch of the waste water pump Service Contracts and ordering the truck with the proper equipment needed for successful future. Creating Power Point presentations explaining the importance for company testing and service. Writing all Contacts, start up Check list, rate sheets and cold calling every City, County Township and Engineers with sending them all Service information for current projects and being top of the list for future project's. Created contact set up for company to become Confined Spaces certified, OSHA training and OSHA compliant. What I'm most proud of is the large increase in sales and all the contacts I have made in SC & NC, I will use all my contacts in SC to increase sales and long term customer base, solid customer service.
